M20 Couriers
These Terms & Conditions apply to all courier, transport and delivery services provided by M20 Couriers.
By booking a delivery with us, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.

1. Quotations and Bookings
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking, including collection address, delivery address, item details, vehicle requirements, timings and any special instructions.
M20 Couriers reserves the right to amend a quotation if the details provided are incorrect, incomplete, or if the job requirement change after booking.
A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by M20 Couriers.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or stated on the invoice.Payment can be made by bank transfer or by
secure card payment link. Card payment links will only be sent once a price has been agreed between the customer and M20 Couriers.
M20 Couriers reserves the right to request payment before collection, before delivery, or before goods are released.
M20 Couriers is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on our services.
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
if payment is not received on time, M20 Couriers reserves the right to
charge late payment interest and recovery costs in line with the UK late payment legislation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all invoice details are correct and that payment is made on time.
3. Cancellations
If booking is cancelled after M20 Couriers has accepted the job, a cancellation charge may apply.
If the driver has already left for the collection address, arrived at the collection address, or incurred costs, the customer may still be charged part or all of the agreed price.
4. Waiting Time
Customers must ensure that goods are ready for collection at the agreed time and that someone is available at the collection and delivery address where required.
If the driver is kept waiting, waiting time charges may apply.
waiting time charges will be confirmed where possible and may be added to the final invoice .
5. Delays
M20 Couriers will always aim to complete collections and deliveries within the agreed timescale.
However, M20 Couriers will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including traffic, road closures, accidents, bad weather, breakdown, ferry or port delays, customer delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where possible, customers will be kept updated if a delay occurs.
6. Goods and Packaging
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all goods are properly packaged, labelled and suitable for transport.
M20 Couriers will take reasonable care when handling goods, but we are not responsible for damage caused by poor , unsuitable or inadequate packaging.
The customer must inform M20 Couriers before booking if any goods are fragile, high value, hazardous, oversized, unusually heavy, or require special handling.
7. Liability
M20 Couriers will carry goods with reasonable care and skill.
Our liabilty may be limited to the level of cover provided under our goods in transit insurance, unless otherwise agreed in writing before booking is accepted.
M20 Couriers will not be liable for loss or damage caused by poor packaging, incorrect information supplied by the customer, prohibited items, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Proof of Delivery
M20 Couriers will provide proof of delivery where available. This may include a signature, printed name, photograph, delivery note, electronic confirmation, or other suitable evidence of delivery.
Once proof of delivery has been obtained, the delivery will be treated as completed.
Customers must raise any delivery issues as soon as possible after delivery.
